1997 Ford F-150 Pickup

Reader Question: My 1997 Ford F-150 Pickup truck did not pass the smog check. I live in Ca. Check engine light was on it as the OBDII.

I scan it and code 0171 right bank fuel to lean. What should I do? All ready change spark plugs, spark plug wires, CO2 sensors, no vacuum leaks.

Hey David,

I would really need to see this vehicle and run some tests myself to see what is happening. It might have a dirty injector.
