Honda Civic Overheated - Smoke Coming From Tailpipe Now
Hey bro well I have a 1991 Honda Civic DX which was running fine till a few days ago it has been overheating and like the engine is shaking really hard also the is smoke coming from the tail pipe now any idea what it could be.

Does My Subaru Have a Blown Head Gasket?
I have a 2000 Subaru, in July 2008 I had the head gaskets redone, now less then one year later my car overheated and the mechanic put in a new radiator but it is still over heating, so he now says I need to pay another $2,000 and get the head gaskets done again, Can this be right?

Why Does My Car Engine Over Heat After Driving A Few Miles?
I have a 1985 Pontiac Fiero with a 2.5L 4cyl. engine with an auto transmission that is overheating after being driven for a while. The coolant is being blown out of the reservoir tank and is not being pulled back into the radiator.

Toyota Camry Overheating - Do I Have a Blown Head Gasket?
I have a 1994 Toyota Camry that started overheating about a week after I bought it. It only does this at idle speeds. I had a pressure system check done, a new thermostat put in, and a new cooling fan installed. It stopped overheating for a couple of weeks, but then started doing it again.

2000 Dodge Dakota Engine Overheating - Water Pump is New
I have a 2000 Dodge Dakota Sport and she is driving my insane. She was running hot, coolant pouring out. I took her in to the repair shop and had the water pump replaced and radiator cap replaced but the engine recently overheated again.

Blown Head Gasket Symptoms
I usually get my oil changed at Jiffy Lube because they are convenient and I can't crawl under my car and change my oil like I used to. I got it changed there a few months ago and shortly thereafter my car started to overheat and the heater stopped working. If I revved the engine really high it would cool off and if I was idling the engine would get really hot but the heater still blew cold air this was in February in Utah.

Why Is My Car Engine Overheating?
I have a 2000 Dodge Durango (5.9L) bought in November 2007. In late January 2008 we moved 700 miles. A week later the truck overheated for the first time. When we checked the radiator it was bone dry. After it cooled down we filled it up with radiator fluid. It was fine for a couple of months.

Honda Civic Engine Overheated - Head Gasket Bad?
I have a 2000 Civic 1.6L. I drove it way too much while the temp. gauge was in the red and overheated it. I took it to a Firestone dealer. They said the water pump was leaking(which is the cause of the overheating) and the radiator melted to the point where you could not take off the cap.

1998 Honda Accord Antifreeze Leaking From Engine
I have a 1998 Honda Accord LX 4 cylinder Sedan...I recently put a used transmission in and more recently had a used engine put in. Basically, the dealer misdiagnosed my vehicle and caused my engine to be in a more severe state than it needed to be and they put another engine in with no labor cost and 50% off the engine price...but now, my antifreeze is being exhausted at a very high rate.

2002 Mercury Mountaineer Engine Over Heating Idle Speed Too High?
My 2002 Mercury Mountaineer Idle increase from 750 rpm to about 1250 rpm when the temp outside is 70 degrees or above. when it is really hot, his causes the car to overheat. thermostat changed, radiator flushed and fluid changed, idle air control valve changed,air filter changed. what could it be that's causing this problem ? I have no codes so dealership can't help.

2001 Chevy Cavalier 2.2L Engine Over Heats
I have a 2001 Chevy Cavalier 2.2, it has been overheating. so I put H20 in it. my low H20 light keeps coming on,but there's H20 in the overfill tank. Last night it came on so I filled it with H20 but by the time I drove home (30-40 minutes) the light came on again this time the plastic tank had H20 and wasn't overheating. its not leaking, my oil is not milky and H20 is not coming out my tail pipe. Is it a possibility that the floater is stuck? should I have my coolant flushed? I'm really confused!!! HELP

Does White Smoke Out My Tailpipe Mean a Blown Head Gasket?
I am looking to buy a 1994 Roadtrek 190 Popular with an Automatic 318 V Dodge engine. It is a van conversion type of motor home. I had the owner take it into a mechanic and met him there. I asked the mechanic to do a compression check along with a total mechanical check up of the van. The service manager said that they didn't do compression checks but listened to the vehicle. The van was in the shop for 45 minutes.

Ford Explorer Coolant Leak - But Where?
I have a 92 Ford Explorer XLT, it started stop working on me because I think it needs a new water pump. It just leaks a sh-- load. when I looked underneath it looked like it was coming out of a hose or whatever right before the water pump.

1998 Chevy Blazer Engine Runs Hot Coolant Leaking Somewhere
I have a 98 blazer 4.3 v6 4x4. My engine is running hot, i have to keep filling the radiator w/ antifreeze, but the visible leak is coming from the backside, center of the engine. It looks like its dripping off the left side of the transmission pan. I doubt its the water pump, or a cracked radiator due to the location of the leak.

Blown Head Gasket? - 2001 Chevy Cavalier Overheats
My 2001 Chevy cavalier needs head gasket repair, at least that’s what the mechanic said. I replaced the water pump and fan motor but the water reservoir continued to be empty almost immediately, I could drive around the corner and the reservoir would be empty. Then the car would begin to run hot.

Will Green Antifreeze / Coolant Damage My 2000 Chevy Pickup
I have a 2000 GM 1500 pickup with the 4800 v8. Recently, my wife was told by the dealer that we had the wrong coolant in the engine and it needed a "radiator flush" and the proper orange coolant put in. Or else it would damage the engine, etc.

Okay I have 1997 Chevy Lumina, okay my low coolant light is on and won't go off. I put coolant in the thing. As a matter of fact it is full but that dog on light will not go off. What could be the problem? Did I put to much?

I have a 2002 Honda Accord that the engine seems to run hot after driving about 10 minutes. I had the thermostat and radiator replaced and the cooling fan is working properly as far as I can tell, what else should I look for?

1993 Dodge Grand Caravan - Overheated Engine Blew Plastic Radiator
I have a 1993 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.3L with 245,000+ miles on it and well maintained. My (replacement) radiator fan burned up/shorted out big time. Magnets came loose and spun with the armature.
