An auto insurance premium may also vary from person to person according to their -

• Age
• Sex
• Driving record
• Place of residence
• Use of vehicle – whether for commercial or personal purposes
• Amount and type of coverage

A car insurance premium also differ from one vehicle to another taking into account the brand of the vehicle and the frequency of it being stolen, vandalized, or involved in an accident. Also, the amount it would require to repair the vehicle.
