You be the troubleshooter for your car


Once think about a breakdown of your car, when on a long journey. Sometime you just can not find somebody nearby to fix it for you. If you run into one of those situations, you will have to be your own auto mechanic. Is that possible? Of course, it is possible. Don’t panic.
Look out for a manual


First of all, don’t panic. Pick out the manual. Study it carefully. A good manual often tell you a great deal about your car. It often has troubleshot section. If you go through your manual carefully, you may find the solution to your problem. Especially, if your auto mechanic is not too complicated, the manual generally tell you what to do.


This may help you to a maximum extent to fix your car.
Not working? Try out with a friend


If you still find a problem, you may have to try to call a friend or local mechanic. Even if they can not come to your rescue, they may have an idea with what is wrong with your car. They may be able to tell you how to solve the problem, and they probably can help you understand the manual better.


If not......
It is important to keep calm. There are many things that you must pay close attention. You don’t want to do more harm to your car.

Long journeys especially may cause breakdown for your cars. Most of these troubles happen when you least expect them that you suddenly find yourself in a difficult situation. Breakdown would occur in an isolated place where you will not get any one to help.
